Ashley has been riding since the age of 4 years old and has developed a passion to be in the horse industry from a very young age. Ashley has interned and worked at multiple barns through her teen years and has dabbled in multiple riding disciplines, such as Western Dressage, Jumping and even some Liberty work, but she can't help but bring every discipline back to Dressage basics. Her riding philosophy is that Dressage is medicine for the horse. It's not just about going up the levels and getting the scores. It's about getting the balance and control of yourself and your horse to provide a confident, happy, sound partnership. Ashley has had to rehab multiple horses out of injuries from being weak in their bodies and the only way to properly "fix" them are classic dressage methods. Weakness makes them prone to injury. Dressage training helps them build the muscles they need to protect themselves. 
Ashley also developed a passion into Bodywork and Equine biomechanics along her horse riding career.  She found it to go hand in hand when getting horses in for training and feeling something that could be fixed with bodywork. It also improves the relationship with the horse and develops more confidence in their riders. Over the course of 2022 & 2023 she got 5 certifications in Message, Body Alignment, Cranial Sacral, K Taping, and she is also a Reiki Master. 
Her show history goes all the way back to her early teens, showing at local dressage clubs with a self training Connemara Pony up to Second Level. She also qualified and competed one of the barn's $2500 lesson horses at Arab Youth Nationals and placed 2 top 10s at Second Level and Equitation. Since then she has trained and showed extensively since then. She earned her Bronze Medal in 2023 on her self trained Dutch Harness Horse and will finish her Silver in the 2024 season. She is currently schooling Intermediate II and plans to continue as much as she can.
